Russian Telegram channels are angry about this map with ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ propaganda channels. Surprise surprise.. there are also Serbian channels linked to Russia that Iโ€™ve been warning about for years. And there are more linked to the Kremlinโ€ฆ as ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡ธ + ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ cooperate in influence operations.

Please note that this list isnโ€™t complete. There are many more telegram channels there.

Any idea who made it, Ivana?
They say itโ€™s from a YouTube video by the Austrian MoD

Russia spends about $1 billion a year to conduct cyber influence operations in 23 languages. Artificial intelligence (AI) will give Russia, China and Iran even more leverage to distort public opinion and influence elections. If AI abuse is rampant in political campaigns, people may lose all faith in democracy. Therefore we need a broad-based public education campaign to help people see the potential telltales or hallmarks of the manipulative use of disinformation. In addition, it is necessary to create a new kind of capacity in law enforcement to quickly identify and remove disinformation. AI can help detect bad actors.

Is there a list in text format?
Nothing against. Invictus portucale I don't consider a Russian propaganda, never saw anything related to Russia or Ukraine.
Serbia has the same feelings towards former Yugoslavia/Bosnia-Herzegowina as Russia towards former ะกััะ /Ukraine

โ€ฆ and there are not included SK, CZ, PL, HU channels. The network is much bigger, unfortunately. Thatโ€™s how #ruskakurva hybrid war works for at least a decade or even longer in former soviet-communism-eastblock states.
